THESSALY, Thebai Phthiotides, (3rd century B.C.), dichalkon, AE 18mm, (5.23 g), obv. veiled head of Demeter left, wearing grain wreath, rev. legend above, bridled horse trotting right below its belly a monogram of XA, (S.-, Rogers 552, BCD 762.1, HGC 4, 32 [S]). Nearly very fine, very scarce.
