Septimus Severus standing left, phiale over altar and sceptre, (SNG Cop.-, SNG von Aulock -); fourth coin, similar, Tium, Commodus as Caesar (AD 166-177), AE 25mm, (10.84 g), obv. bare head, draped bust right, rev.
