HUNGARY, Karoly (Charles) I, (1307-1342), gold gulden, (3.42 g), Kremnitz or Buda Mint, obv. around + KAROLV REX, Anjou lily, rev. Around S IOHANNES B (castle tower or monogram after), St John the Baptist standing front, (Huszar 440, Friedberg 2). Slight adjustment mark on reverse, with very unusual mintmark, good very fine and very rare, possibly unique.
