Felicitas standing to left, holding caduceus and cornucopiae, around FELICITAS PVBLICA, S.C. across, (cf.S.2346, RIC 578, 818 [2nd edn], C.155, BMC 723, BN 738). Dark green patination, rare, and very fine.
