MACEDON, Eion, (c.460-400 B.C.), silver trihemiobol, (11mm, 0.76 g), obv. Goose standing right, head left, above, lizard curving left, H to lower right, rev. quadripartite incuse square, (cf.S.1295, SNG ANS 291 var (H to upper right), HGC 3.1, 521, SNG Copenhagen 179). Toned, some porosity, very fine and very scarce.
