ATTICA, Athens, (449-413 B.C.), silver obol, (0.80 g), obv. archaic head of Athena to right wearing ivy crested helmet, eye facing, rev. owl standing to right, head facing, in erect posture, olive twig behind, to right, **AQE*, all in incuse square (S.2530, Svoronos pl.9, 35-6). Very fine.
