AEOLIS, Myrina (155-145 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.78 g), obv. laureate head of Apollo right, rev. Apollo Grynios standing, facing right, holding branch in left hand and phiale in right, amphalos and amphora at feet, all within a laurel wreath (Sacks issue 19, obv. die 19, BMC 12). Golden toned in recesses with traces of peripheral blue on reverse, bright metal, scattered porosity, extremely fine.
