AUGUSTUS, (27 BC - 14 AD), silver denarius (3.80g), Colonia Patricia mint, issued 19 BC, obv. bare head right, CAESAR AVGVSTVS, rev. SIGNIS RECEPTIS above and below, SP QR flanking each corner of a shield inscribed CL V, standard and aquila to left and right (S.1633; RIC 86; RSC 286). Toned with golden highlights, very fine.
