MARCUS AURELIUS, (A.D. 161-180), AE sestertius, Rome Mint, issued 174, (26.00 g), obv. M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXVII, laureate cuirassed bust to right, rev. IMP VI COS III around, S C in exergue, Jupiter enthroned to left, holding Victory and sceptre, (cf.S.4975, RIC 1064, C.248, MIR 18, 246-6/30). Attractive bronze patination, very fine - good very fine.
