MARCUS AURELIUS, (A.D. 161-18), AE as, Rome Mint, issued A.D. 175, (8.69 g), obv. M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXIX, laureate bearded head to right, rev. IMP VII COS III, Tiber reclining to left, holding stern of boat and reeds, leaning on overturned urn from which water flows, SC across. (S.5065, RIC III 1142, C.348, BMC 1498). Toned, very fine and very scarce.
