JUSTINIAN I, (A.D. 527-565), bronze follis, Nicomedia mint, issued 541-2 AD, obv. helmeted, cuirassed bust facing, holding globus cruciger and shield with spearing horseman, DN IVSTINIANVS PP AVG, rev. large M, ANNO to left, cross above, XU to right, officina mark below, NIKO in exergue (S.201; MIB 112-115). Well centred on a broad flan, good very fine.
