BEETLE BROOCH, in gold (15ct; 3.96g; 55x15.5mm), attributed to maker, Willis & Sons, features a decorated double bar with a beetle in the centre, the beetle has a claw set oval white opal body and a claw set red gemstone head with natural seed pearls on the wings, pin-back. Some small bends in bars, otherwise extremely fine.
