RUBY LOCKET BROOCH, c1880, in gold (tested as 15ct; 9.29g; 33mm), by(Edward) Fischer, features circular decorated scalloped edge locket with a raised plain central circle engraved with a star and in the centre is a natural ruby, reverse features a perspex cover for inserting a photograph, pin-back with safety chain, with unbranded fitted case. Hairlines on centrepiece, otherwise very fine.
