MAGNA GRAECIA, (6th - 5th century BC), Daunian kyathos, bichrome terracotta ware decorated in red and dark brown on a pale fabric, a flat slightly flared rim encloses a bowl with a single verticle handle, decorated in concentric bands of varying thickness, a Daunian geometric symbol is painted in the bowl (13.5 cm x 4.5cm, handle 12 cm tall). Handle repaired, minor edge chips, very fine and scarce.
