CONVICT LOVE TOKEN, engraved on an 1806 penny with the reverse shaved smooth, on this side is engraved, "Jane Winter/When/this you see/remember me/H.Winter/1830". Fine.

Jane Winter (alias Woods), aged 26, house maid, sentenced to life in the colonies for theft. Arrived in Van Diemen's Land on 9 May 1830. With research.
