INDIA, Mughal, Aziz-ud-din Alamgir II, (A.H. 1167-1173, 1754-1759), silver rupee, (11.35 g), as an issue of the Maratha Confederacy, from Balwantnagar (Jhansi) mint (mint on bottom line of reverse), RY 5, AH [11]71 (1758), with distinctive mint symbol on middle line of reverse, (M&W Type 2 [M&W = Maratha Mints and Coinage Maheshwari, K. K. & Kenneth W. Wiggins], KM.-, (cf. p.179 KM.229). Toned, extremely fine and very rare, with collector's descriptive flip.
