WORLD COINS, ancient to modern, predominantly 18th - 20th silver and base metal issues with some modern currency, notable include 4th century Roman AE issues (20), 1st - 2nd century sestertii and dupondii (14, poor - good); Queen Victoria, India, EIC silver rupee, 1840 (holed), silver rupee 1884 (polished, good very fine); Great Britain, silver threepence - silver halfcrowns, assorted dates from George III - Queen Victoria; Territory of New Guinea, silver shillings, 1935, 1936, 1938, 1945; countries include Italy, France, Hong Kong (British Administration), New Zealand, South Africa, Switzerland, China, Japan and others, plus medalettes and tokens, in two albums. Poor - uncirculated. (lot)
