CEYLON, British Administration, The Government of Ceylon. 1st February 1941, one rupee, A/6 496897, 'short snorter', signed by P.O.W's in Palombo October 1941, Douglas Ellesmere Gread, John Henry Peter, and Raymond Owen Charles McEntee. Nearly very fine.
