MACEDONIA, Amphipolis, Septimius Severus, (193-211 AD), bronze unit (AE22, 7.87g), obv. laureate head right, rev. Tyche enthroned, facing left, holding a patera, star to left, AMPH before (Moushmov 6014; Varbanov 3268; BMC 122). Punch mark on obverse, green patina, nearly very fine.

Ex S.J. Green Collection, purchased from Heritage Auctions 23164 (lot 64054). Previously in a slab by NGC as VF (certificate number 4248080-016).
