PAIR: War Medal 1939-45; Australia Service Medal 1939-45. QF272883 S A Wallace. Both medals appear to be pantographed. Swing mounted, the second medal high-polished plated finish without initials below King's head, otherwise extremely fine.
Together with Nurses & Masseurs Registration Board, Queensland, General badge, by A.J.Parkes, Brisbane, number 5589, reverse pin missing and substituted with a safety pin, with safety chain.^^Sheila Adrienne Wallace, home duties, age 18, born at Longreach, Qld; Enl.22Mar1944 at Brisbane, Qld in Aust Army Medical Women's Service (CMF); served as a nurse in Brisbane Military Hospital 20Mar1944 to 30Jul1946; Disch.30Jul1946.
