Ex W.J. Noble Collection, Noble Numismatics Sale 58 (lot 1720); with D.40, D.42, D.44 all from the Myles Gerson Collection (the last from P. Deane in July 1982); D.41 (crinkled), D.42, D.44 from Baldwin's in 1973, D.41 ex A.C. Fraser Collection (lot 382 part with 1968 ticket priced 40/-).
