ITALY, Campania, Neapolis (Naples), (c.340-300 B.C.), silver nomos, stater or didrachm, (7.372 grams), obv. head of nymph to right, XAPI below, cantharos behind, rev. bull walking to right, crowned by Nike flying right; below K, below in exergue [NEOPOLITWN], (cf.S.307, Sambon 467b, SNG ANS 356 [same dies]). Nearly very fine and rare.
