CORINTHIA, Corinth, (345-307 B.C.), silver stater, (8.238 grams), obv. Pegasos flying to left, [Q] below, rev. head of Athena to left, wearing Corinthian helmet, below **[D]* I either side, Hermes facing holding cornucopiae this behind Athena, (cf.S.2631, Calciati 460, Ravel 1084). Weak in places and off centred on the obverse, otherwise good very fine and rare in this condition.
