PHILIP I, (A.D. 244-249), silver antoninianius, Rome mint, (4.10 grams), obv. radiate bust to right, around IMP PHILIPPVS AVG, rev. she-wolf to left suckling the twins, around SAECVLARES AVGG, II in exergue, (S.2570, RIC 15, RSC 178). Blue and gold over a light grey tone, extremely fine and rare.
