SEVERINA, wife of Aurelian, (A.D. 270-275), AE as, Rome mint, (7.462 grams), obv. diademed bust to right of Severina, around, SEVERINA AVG, rev. IVNO REGINA, Juno standing to left, holding patera and sceptre, at foot a peacock, in exergue S, (S.3288 [£100], RIC 7, C.9). Dark green patina, good fine/very fine and rare.
