EDWARD VII, 1937, set of four privately issued Canada pattern/proof dollars, struck in (.925) silver, copper, Barton's metal (gold plated copper) and golden alloy. Obverse features crowned bust of King similar to that of George V featured on Canadian coinage. Reverse is similar to the adopted currency design of George VI. Plain edge. One of only 500 sets issued.
