MARCUS AURELIUS, (A.D. 161-180), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 160-161, (3.41 grams), obv. bare head of Marcus Aurelius to right, around AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG P II F, rev. around TR POT XIIII COS II, Minerva standing to left, holding spear and resting left hand on shield, (cf.S.1384, RIC A482, RSC 764). Good very fine and scarce.
