VICTORIA POLICE DEPARTMENT, Certificate of Discharge, Register No.5290, to William McCahey, dated 10th December 1923, signed by A.Nicholson Chief Commissioner. Some rust stains and red mark on front, otherwise very fine.
William McCahey was discharged on account of refusing duty, he was one of the six hundred members of the Victorian Police who went on strike in November 1923.
