AKARNANIA, Thyrrheion, (350-250 B.C.), silver stater, (8.406 grams), obv. Pegasos flying to left, **QU* below, rev. head of Athena to left, wearing plain Corinthian helmet, before **Q*, behind Y and Boeotian shield, (cf.S.2301; Calciati 21, BMC 13). Good very fine and rare.
