ILKANIDS, Local Coinage, First Period, Arinchen Turji Gay Khatu ibn Abaga, (A.H. 690-694) (A.D. 1291-1294), gold dinar, Tabriz mint, (4.07 grams), date A.H. 691 = A.D. 1291-2, (A.2158, cf.M.1583 [silver dirhem]). Well centred, weak in places, very fine and rare.
The gold coinage on Gaykhatu are all named Irenjin Turji.
