JOURNAL INTERNATIONAL D'ARCHEOLOGIE NUMISMATIQUE (JIAN), Athens, Volumes VII (1904), X (1907), XI (1908), XII (1910), XIV (1912), XV (1913), XVII (1915), XVIII (1917), XXI (1927), with original paper covers as issued, but mostly partly disbound. An important part set, generally fine and rare. (15 volumes for 9 complete volume numbers)
A most important series that ran from volumes I to XXI (21 volumes in all), (from 1898-1927) and edited by edited by the great Greek numismatic scholar S.V. Svoronos (Director of the National Museum in Athens), all with dozens of articles in all languages all mostly on Greek coins, many of the papers within are still the standard work on that subject, city or topic. Contains many hundreds of fine plates to go with the articles.
