CONVICT PARDON, restoring freedom to George Gardner who was tried in London in 1824 and transported to Hobart Town in 1825 on the ship 'Medina Briggs' for a sentence of seven years, dated Hobart Town, 1831 and signed by Lieutenant Governor George Arthur.
