WESTERN AUSTRALIA, Pioneers Copy (number one)(145x170mm) of the original, Pioneers Welcome presented to the Governor of Western Australia,Lieut-Colonel Sir Gerard Smith K.XC.M.G., for the opening of the railways, Kalgoolie 1896. This copy was issued to W.H. Chapman, signed and dated 8th Sept 1896, by the original artist N.H. Newton. With some research. Mounted on card, very fine.
