EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy I (323-283 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, issued 305-283 B.C., obv. diademed head to right, rev. eagle standing left, monogram in field, trace of legend around, (cf.S.7761, Sv.255, SNG Cop.71). Some surface corrosion, portrait good fine, otherwise nearly fine.
