BATH, Lutwyche's mule penny of Glovers issue, legend/bust of Stanhope, struck from halfpenny dies on a previously struck penny from halfpenny dies T. Halls penny (Middlesea) the D&H 26) edge lettering also overstruck. Foster Lamberhurst over Lutwyche's (D&H 6 this piece). Hints of red, dull toned reddish blue brown patina, nearly uncirculated and excessively rare if not unique.
