CHARLES I, Memorial issue 1649, medal in copper, by J. Roettiers, 51mm, (50.6 grams), obv. Charles I bust to right, R below, rev. scene sheep in landscape and hand from heaven holding crown, (Eimer 162a, MI 200, Fearon 92.5). Red-brown patina, with trace of highlight in mint red, extremely fine.
