ITALY, Bruttium, Croton, (510-480 B.C.), silver stater or didrachm, (7.8 grams), obv. Delphic tripod between stork on left to right and legend qPO, rev. incuse Delphic tripod, within incuse circular die, (cf.S.256, Gale 20, SNG ANS 304). Needs cleaning, nearly fine.
