PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Mithradates II, (123-88 B.C.), silver drachm, (2.96 grams), Ecbatana mint, obv. small bare-headed bust to left with beard, wearing diadem, earring visible, rev. archer seated right on omphalos, four line inscription, (S.7367, Sellwood 24.9, Shore 69). Rough porous surface, cut in edge, otherwise very fine and scarce.
