EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy III, (246-221 B.C.), Alexandria mint, AE 20, (5.56 grams), obv. diademed bust of Ptolemy III to right, rev. eagle open wings left, cornucopiae behind, AE 25 (7.76 grams), obv. Alexander III with elephant headdress, rev. eagle left, **L* between legs, cornucopiae behind both with legends around **BASILEWS PTOLEMAIOU*, (cf.S.7819, 7823, Sv.1000, 1170, SNG Cop.193, BMC 40). Fine - very fine, both scarce. (2)
