Calpurnius Piso Frugi (90 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.9 grams), obv. head of Apollo to right laureated, rev. naked horseman galloping to right, holding palm branch, below, L.PISO FRVG, XXXI below, (S.254, Cr. 340/1, Syd.663-670). Surface covered in places with dirt, otherwise very fine.
