FAUSTINA SENIOR, wife of Antoninus Pius, (died A.D.141), silver denarius, issued after 141, Rome mint, (3.0 grams), Obv. draped bust to right of Faustina, around DIVA FAVSTINA, rev. Juno, veiled seated to right, holding long sceptre, around AVG VSTA, another similar AE as, (8.0 grams), rev. AETERNITAS, S C across field, Eternity standing left holding globe, (S.-, 1360, RIC 363, 1164, C.42, 120). Second missing portion of coin and with edge corrosions, otherwise good fine. (2)
