GORDIAN III, (A.D. 238-244), AE as, Rome mint, obv. laureate bust to right, legend around, rev. Laetitia standing to left, with anchor and wreath, legend around, (RIC 300b, cf.S.2510). Rough surface, otherwise very fine.
