NORTH-EAST THAMES, Inscribed issue, Trinovantes, Cunobeline (A.D. 10 - 43), gold quarter stater, coinage of the Expansion period, of classical/celtic style issued A.D. 20 - 43, (1.3 grams), obv. Corn ear with CA to left and M[V] to right, rev. Celticized horse to right, branch and pellets above, CVNO below horse, (S.211, Van A. 2038-1 notes as extremely rare). Good very fine and extremely rare.
