DOUGLAS BANK CO., penny and halfpenny, 1811, view of Peel Castle from quay/legend in four lines (Davis 10, illustrated 16; Pr. 51 and 57; McC 106, 111). Dark bluish brown patinas, the penny good extremely fine, the halfpenny with surface mark in sky on obverse otherwise extremely fine, rare in this condition. (2)
