PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Mithradates II, (123-88 B.C.), silver drachm, (4.07 grams), Rhagae mint, obv. small bare-headed bust to left with beard, wearing diadem, complex mint monogram behind, dotted border, rev. archer seated right on omphalos with bow, A behind, four line inscription in border, (cf.S.7368, Sellwood 24.17. Shore 73 [this coin]). Double struck on the reverse, some original patina, weak in places, very fine and rare.
