PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Mithradates II, (123-88 B.C.), AE dichalkos, (4.81 grams), Ecbatana mint, obv. medium sized bare-headed bust to left with beard, wearing diadem, rev. horse head to right, five line inscription, (cf.S.7376, Sellwood 27.9, Shore 495). Some dirt adhesion, otherwise very fine and scarce.
