PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Mithradates III (57-54 B.C.), silver drachm, (3.98 grams), Kangavar mint, obv. medium size bare-headed bust to left with short beard, wearing diadem and segmented necklace, rev. archer seated right on throne, seven line inscription, KP monogram in field under arm, (cf.S.7423, Sellwood 40.9, cf.Shore 197). Good very fine and rare.
