SPAIN, Castille, Alfonso X (1252-1284), base silver noven, Toledo mint, obv. MONETA CASTELLE around, battlement in curved octagonal frame, T (mint mark below castle), rev. lion rapant to left, in curved octagonal frame, around ET LEGIONIS, (C&C 608). Very fine, slightly off centred, round and rare.
