Commissory General, Windward & Leeward Islands John Glassard (?) Endorsed on back to J.P. Collin then to Mrs Esther Morris (Rhode Island), then to Stephen Dablois then to Messrs Joseph Antt & Son. Water stained with small piece torn out of bottom right edge otherwise fine and extremely rare.
