DOMITIAN, (A.D. 81-96), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 88-9, obv. laureate head of Domitian to right, around IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM P M TR P VIII, rev. around IMP XIX COS XIIII CENS P P P, Minerva advancing to right brandishing a javelin and holding a spear, (cf.S.897, RIC 137, C.252). Good very fine and scarce in this condition.
